Take a look at your Monday WoD results again and think through this...
Here is some food for thought. Take a look at your scores, did you hit big numbers on only one round and went to crap the other two? Thats great because you went hard and got an outstanding anaerobic workout in for a short period of time. But did you not get a break to allow you to have a highly anaerobic wod every round? Thats why we do this, anaerobic is high in intensity which can only be sustained for short periods. We like to stay here and away from aerobic. Raise you up, break, go hard again, break. 3 minutes of heart pumping activity is a hard endurance event no doubt. Now how in shape are you in this arena? What would happen if we scored your results by the lowest number in each portion of the WoD? What whould that tell you that you need work on? Don't game the WoD and go too easy each round and not maintain that anaerobic pathway, look at them and learn on your areas of weakness and train to them.
Great work team, still so stoked about yesterdays WoD! Awesome to see everyone blowing it out of the water all at the same time.
The Trainers sat in on a Endurance Team call with HQ yesterday, exciting news to come!
