Meet at court 1 at 1130.

Warm up:
26 x franken walk
26 x knee huggers
26 x high skip
26 x forward lunges
26 x reverse lunges
25 x pass thru's
20 x KB swings (focus on form, NOT WEIGHT!!!)

WOD:
7 rounds:
10 x wall ball shots
10 x box jumps
