Meet at the pull up bars at 1130.
*Because most of us will be attempting "death by beer" this evening... I thought we should do another "death by" WOD.
Warm up:
25 x pass thru's
20 x push ups
20 x air squats
50 x double unders
WOD:
"Death by" Pull ups
1 minute= 1 pull up
2 minute= 2 pull up
and so on..
option 2:
"Death by" Toes to bar/knees to elbows
option 3:
"Death by" Double unders (happy feet, like a leprechaun )
Starting at 15 double unders for the first minute.
16 second minute
and so on.
